We took the only more-or-less level spot in Meat Cove's primitive little campground. Here we are siting on the very windy edge of the cliffs hoping to see some whales.
We hung out here for the afternoon with a few tenters and picknickers. We walked down to the beautiful stony beach and stuck our toes in the chilly water. We bagged a black guillemot for our birding list. It was pure heaven.
