We visited the Nutmeg Cooperative on Grenville, on the east coast. Grenada's economy depends heavily on the production of nutmeg and mace (the red lacy covering of the nutmeg seed.) Grenada produces 20% of the world's nutmeg, Indonesia produces the rest.
