In the Grand Falls/Windsor Visitor Center we had learned about Leading Tickles, and decided to make it our next stop. On our way north to Notre Dame Bay we detoured into the little town of Glover's Harbour to visit its Giant Squid Interpretive Center.

Apparently a 55' Giant Squid beached itself at Glover's Harbour in 1878. We learned a bit about this, the largest invertebrate. A fascinating study it would make.

So much to learn, so little time.
