We rejoined the Trans Canada Highway and headed north along the Newfoundland west coast. After a wet and windy overnight at Barachois Pond State Park, we continued on towards Gros Morne National Park.

Here's one of the moose we passed on the way. Evidently moose were introduced to Newfoundland many decades ago and now number in the 100,00's.
