From Capstick we detoured north to Bay St. Lawrence, a busy little fishing village on the north coast of the Cape Breton highlands. No breakfast there, so we drove back to Cape North to Morrison's restaurant in an old former general store.

Then we rejoined the Cabot Trail and drove south along the east coast of Cape Breton, detouring to Neil's Harbour, another fishing town. This photo is of Neil's Harbour.
